Advanced Math School – Mamaroneck, Westchester, NY
Mathico-Mamaroneck is a branch of the Mathico School of Mathematics. We started our school in Mamaroneck, New York in 2015 to provide the lower Westchester community with an after-school enrichment program in math. Our students come from Mamaroneck, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Elmsford, Scarsdale, Rye Brook, Mt. Vernon, Bronx and other cities and villages in the area.
As an advanced math school, our mission is to help our students build a solid math foundation and develop the critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Our in-class training is organized through small class sizes, where we create an enjoyable learning environment that emphasizes understanding through a systematic curriculum.
One of the main differences over the traditional after-school programs is that we also provide interactive distance learning through the use of technology. Our iPad apps to encourage students to continuously work during the week by submitting assignments and receiving thorough feedback from teachers before coming to the next class session.
We teach classes from 3rd to 11th grade according to Common Core State Standards Initiative. We have professional teachers who value an individual approach to every student. We drive results!
Our office is conveniently located in the office building on the crossroad of Mamaroneck Avenue and Nostrand Ave, across from the Mamaroneck Avenue School.
